Amazon Unveils Proprietary Liquid Cooling (“IRHX”) to Sustain Nvidia AI GPUs at Scale
Amazon Web Services (AWS) has launched its in‑house In‑Row Heat Exchanger (IRHX), a liquid-cooling system co-developed with Nvidia, tailored for high‑density Nvidia Blackwell GPU racks. This retrofit solution efficiently cools power-intensive AI hardware without overhauling data centers.
