Apple Delays Next iPhone Air Release Until 2027 Over Weak Sales
Apple has reportedly delayed the release of the next-generation iPhone Air from its planned autumn 2026 schedule due to disappointing sales. The current iPhone Air, launched in 2025 as a thinner, lighter flagship model, featured compromises on battery size and camera capabilities. Analysts cite softer-than-expected demand for the model, which is sold in China as an eSIM-only device.
