Apple Launches Fierce Legal Battle Against EU's Digital Markets Act
Apple Inc. initiated its most significant legal challenge against the EU's Digital Markets Act (DMA), arguing the new antitrust rules are "onerous and intrusive." At the General Court in Luxembourg, Apple claimed the DMA jeopardizes user privacy, security, and intellectual property. The challenge targets obligations regarding the App Store, rival hardware interoperability, and the iMessage probe.
