Apple Wins Default Judgment Against YouTuber Jon Prosser

A US District Court granted Apple's request for a default entry against YouTuber Jon Prosser in a trade secrets lawsuit. Apple accused Prosser of conspiring to access a former employee's development iPhone to leak details of the iOS 26 "Liquid Design" through his videos. Prosser failed to file a response to Apple's complaint, allowing the case to move forward without his defense.
