Azul Prime Slashes Java Warm-Up Times to Squeeze Cloud Costs

Azul has upgraded Azul Prime to achieve 2x–5x faster application warm-up times compared to standard OpenJDK. Using the Cloud Native Compiler in Optimizer Hub, the system streams centralized, fleet-wide JIT compilations directly to new JVM instances at startup. This eliminates cold starts without requiring code rewrites, allowing enterprises to autoscale faster, optimize user experience, and dramatically reduce cloud over-provisioning costs.
