A Bengaluru-based software engineer, who graduated in 2023 with a degree in Information Science and Engineering, has been unable to secure full-time employment for nearly two years. In a Reddit post titled "Burn my resume but please help," he shared his resume and expressed willingness to work remotely without pay to gain experience.
