China Criticizes Netherlands Plan to Curb Access to Chip Tools with US

<p>China has criticized the Netherlands' decision to join the US in imposing restrictions on semiconductor equipment and materials exports to China. The Netherlands' move is part of a global crackdown on the sale of technology to Chinese companies. China's commerce ministry said the restrictions were not based on any factual evidence and risked harming both Chinese and Dutch firms.</p>
