Cognizant Technology Solutions has accused Infosys of misappropriating trade secrets related to its healthcare software, TriZetto. In a recent U.S. court filing, Cognizant claims Infosys accessed this confidential information through non-disclosure agreements and later refused an audit of its use. This legal dispute follows a countersuit by Infosys against Cognizant and its CEO, Ravi Kumar S.
