Credgenics Acquires Majority Stake in Arrise to Create Full-Stack Collections Powerhouse
Credgenics, a SaaS debt resolution platform, has acquired a majority stake in Arrise, a collections firm with widespread on-field operations in over 25 states. The merger—via cash and stock—will inject capital into Arrise and enable Credgenics to digitize end-to-end collections, integrating voice bots and repayment systems with existing agent networks. Combined, they’ll cover 18,000+ pin codes, offering full-stack solutions to 150+ financial services clients.
