CRIS is making efforts to adopt AI, ML, and Data Analytics in next one year, informs Mukesh Nigam

<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">CRIS, the digital arm of Indian Railways, is endeavouring to use AI, ML, and Data Analytics in next one year to provide a better IT experience to customers, informed Mukesh Nigam, its Managing Director to Express Computer. While speaking on this, he further added that CRIS makes 10 crore transaction per day, which will open the tremendous possibilities of new technologies.</span></span></span></p>
