DHL Opens IT Services Centre in Indore as Its First Tech Training Academy

Global logistics leader DHL Group has launched a new IT Services centre in Indore—its fifth nationwide and the first to double as a technology training academy. The facility, which already employs 100 staff, will support global IT projects while upskilling employees in AI, automation, digital technologies, and leadership. Indore was selected for its strong academic ecosystem and retention rates, strengthening DHL’s digital innovation footprint.
