EnableX partners with C-Zentrix to improve customer service solutions

<p>C-Zentrix unites with EnableX to enhance its customer service solutions using the latter's voice and video communication capabilities. Their first product, CZChat will have social media messaging integration, audio/video calls, screen sharing and recording to facilitate customer-agent communication. Customers can, therefore, start off by text messages going up to voice/video calling and screen sharing, depending on the complexity of the problem.<br /> </p>
