Evera Negotiates to Lease 1,000 EVs from Gensol Amid Insolvency Proceedings
Delhi-based electric taxi service Evera is in talks with Gensol’s insolvency resolution professional to lease 1,000 vehicles from Gensol's fleet of 4,000, currently under National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) proceedings. Gensol had initially considered selling the cars but is now reviewing leasing options to prevent asset depreciation. Evera plans to deploy these vehicles for its newly launched hourly rental service, targeting both B2C and B2B segments.
