From Assistant to Workspace: Microsoft Embeds Full Office Directly Into Copilot

Microsoft is transforming Copilot by integrating full versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint directly into the AI assistant. Users will soon be able to create, edit, and share Office files natively within Copilot without switching between traditional apps. The tech giant also introduced "Autopilot," an always-on assistant for handling continuous automated workflows, aiming to position AI as the primary entry point for productivity software.
