GenAI Crucial for Aging Economies; India Needs Youth Skilling
A report by Ernst & Young indicates that Generative AI (GenAI) and advanced technologies will drive growth in advanced and aging economies as their labor forces shrink. For India, which has a young and labor-abundant population, leveraging this demographic opportunity is critical. India must prioritize education, skilling, and training for its youth to adopt new technologies, maintain a 35% investment rate, and achieve developed-country status.
