Google Japan Unveils Gboard Dial: A Retro-Inspired Open-Source Keyboard
Google Japan has introduced the Gboard Dial Version, a concept keyboard that replaces traditional keys with nine rotating dials, each corresponding to different alphanumeric characters and functions. Users type by rotating the dials, emulating the motion of operating a rotary phone. The keyboard utilizes modern sensors to convert dial movements into USB signals.
