Google Launches AI-Powered Marketing Tools in India Post “Google Tax” Repeal
Google has introduced its US-launched AI advertising suite to India following the removal of the 6% digital ad tax. New features include Generated for You, Smart Bidding Exploration, and AI Max for Search Campaigns, which pre-create visual assets, identify untapped leads, and boost campaign performance. Early adopters like Cashify saw a 15% conversion lift and 12% lower acquisition costs. YouTube CTV shoppable ads and AI-driven campaign controls are also rolling out.
