Google Play Finally Adds UPI Subscriptions In India

<p>Google has announced that it has added UPI Autopay as a payment option to the Play Store, allowing its customers in the nation to purchase subscriptions using UPI. The upgrade comes months after Google introduced UPI as a payment mechanism for purchasing applications, games, and in-app content via the Play Store in 2019. To utilize UPI for recurring payments, users must choose the &#39;Pay with UPI&#39; option after selecting a subscription plan via Google Play Billing.</p>
