Google’s Gemini Rated “High Risk” for Kids and Teens by Safety Watchdog
Common Sense Media's recent safety audit assigns both “Gemini Under 13” and “Teen” modes a “High Risk” rating, asserting that these versions are merely adult models with superficial safety tweaks. The report found that Gemini still exposes young users to inappropriate content—ranging from drugs to unsafe mental health advice—and fails to adapt guidance based on users’ developmental stages.
