IndiaAI to Add Nearly 3,850 GPUs and 1,050 Google Trillium TPUs in Third Tender
The IndiaAI Mission’s third GPU tender will enhance its compute infrastructure with approximately 3,850 additional GPUs, including 1,050 Google Trillium TPUs—a first for the program. This expansion boosts the total capacity to over 34,000 GPUs, reinforcing India’s push to scale AI research and development. The mission remains focused on offering affordable compute to support startups, academia, and public initiatives in building large language models and other AI capabilities.
