India’s Broadband Subscribers Surge Past 984 Million in July 2025

India’s broadband subscriber base rose to 984.69 million in July from 979.71 million in June, reflecting a monthly growth of 0.51%. Mobile broadband dominated with approximately 930.4 million users, while wired broadband added 1.8% and fixed wireless access grew rapidly by 7.1% during the month. The data underscores continued expansion in digital connectivity, with wireless broadband driving overall adoption.
