Kaynes Semicon Aims January 2026 for Mass Production at Sanand OSAT
Kaynes Semicon’s outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) facility in Sanand, Gujarat, has entered a critical product validation phase following its April pilot run. The company plans to begin commercial-scale deliveries to anchor client Alpha Omega Semiconductor by October, with full-scale production.
