Lendingkart Founder Sues Majority Shareholder Fullerton Amid Crisis
Lendingkart Founder Harshvardhan Lunia has filed a lawsuit against majority shareholder Fullerton Financial with the NCLT. Lunia accuses Fullerton of breaching acquisition terms and harming the fintech by drastically cutting loan disbursals, worsening its financial health. The conflict escalated as Fullerton pushed for a controversial Rs 850 crore rights issue.
