Meta Expands Board with Dina Powell McCormick and Patrick Collison Amid Strategic Shift

Meta Platforms has announced the appointment of Dina Powell McCormick, a former U.S. deputy national security adviser and longtime Goldman Sachs executive, and Patrick Collison, CEO of Stripe, to its board of directors, effective April 15, 2025.
