<p>Microsoft, joining hands with IBM and Amazon, has become the third tech giant to block the sale of its facial recognition software to police. The tech giants are not allowing law-enforcement agencies to use the tech, as it has faced criticism for incorrectly identifying people with darker skin. The death of George Floyd has bought limelight on how police use tech to track people. The trio is calling on Congress to set rules over how cops use facial recognition.</p>
