Elon Musk has clarified that Tesla and SpaceX will fully own and operate the upcoming Texas-based Terafab AI chip complex, stating there is "zero doubt" about it. While acknowledging recent talks with TSMC regarding potential collaboration, Musk emphasized that TSMC's role would be limited to at most subleasing a portion of the facility, keeping operational control firmly in-house alongside partner Intel.
