Neuralink to update on progress on Oct 31: Musk

<p>Elon Musk has stated that his brain-chip business Neuralink would give an update on its development at a "show and tell" event on Halloween, October 31. Neuralink had shown a monkey playing a video game with a chip implanted in its brain in its most recent significant update. The statement coincides with rumours that Neuralink has proposed investing in Synchron, a competitor.</p>
