New Cellular Data Plans Cannot be Activated on iPads Using Apple SIM Anymore

<p>New cellular data plans cannot be activated on iPads using Apple SIM technology any longer. Apple quietly made the statement via its cellular data support page, which states that support for new activations using both the embedded Apple SIM and the regular Apple SIM would end on October 1, 2022. Apple advises anyone impacted by the move to speak with their carrier for instructions on how to activate a cellular data plan on their iPad.</p>
