A new report by NTT DATA and The Mainstream reveals that 40% of India’s Global Capability Centres (GCCs) have transitioned into strategic innovation hubs. With 45% of GCCs actively deploying AI into core processes, the ecosystem is shifting from cost-saving units to global engines for digital modernization.
