ORRA & Salesforce Launch “ORRA Connected” for AI-Driven Experiences
ORRA Fine Jewellery has partnered with Salesforce to roll out ORRA Connected, a digital transformation initiative across its 90+ stores and online platforms. The system integrates Salesforce’s Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Tableau to unify data from over 30 lakh unique customers. Using AI and automation, ORRA aims to personalize recommendations, elevate in-store and online engagements, streamline marketing and lead nurturing.
