The CEO of S&P Global claims that while Generation AI may not lead to job losses, it may alter the demand curve. From this angle, it's possible that AI developments won't always result in mass unemployment, even though they might change the nature of jobs and their requirements. Rather, the use of AI technology may cause a shift in the workforce's need for particular skills and talents, necessitating upskilling and adaptation.
