Salesforce Customer Data Accessed After Gainsight Security Breach
Salesforce confirmed that some customer data was accessed via Gainsight-published applications connected to its platform. The company, which revoked access and refresh tokens, noted that the malicious activity was related to Gainsight's external connection, not a platform vulnerability. The ShinyHunters hacking group claimed responsibility, linking it to the previous Salesloft breach and stating it affected hundreds of organizations.
