Staggered Pay Hikes Becoming Norm in IT — LTIMindtree CEO

LTIMindtree MD & CEO Venu Lambu has announced that the company's annual salary increments will now be paid in two parts rather than a single payout. Half of employees will receive their hike from January 1 and the rest from April 1. The second hike tranche will depend on employees’ up-skilling in AI and other emerging tech, reflecting a strategic shift in compensation to align with evolving industry demands.
