Startups Applaud CCI Ruling that Penalized Google for Abusing its Dominating Market Position
<p>The decision by the Competition Commission of India to fine Google for allegedly abusing its dominant market position in the Android ecosystem was hailed by Indian startups as a confirmation of their fears. However, experts also cautioned against the possibility that harsh sanctions might reduce the Internet giant's drive to invent and disseminate free products that have generated entirely new digital ecosystems.</p>
