Tata Electronics and Merck Join Forces to Build India’s Semiconductor Ecosystem
Tata Electronics has signed a strategic MoU with Merck Electronics—announced at Semicon India 2025—to strengthen India’s semiconductor ecosystem. The pact includes supplying high-purity materials, advanced gas and chemical systems, turnkey fab infrastructure, and AI-powered Material Intelligence via Merck’s Athinia platform. The partnership also focuses on localized warehousing, raw material supply chains, talent development, and establishing industry standards.
