TCS Increases Variable Pay for Senior Employees, Maintains 100% Bonus for Juniors

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a hike in variable pay for its senior employees, contingent on individual and team performance. For junior employees in grades C, C1, and C2, the company will continue to provide 100% of their Quarterly Variable Allowance (QVA), with annual salary hikes proceeding as usual. This policy applies to nearly all employees, excluding a few recent joiners.
