TCS to Modernize Vodafone Idea’s BSS with AI Platform Partnership
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will embark on a five-year deal to overhaul Vodafone Idea’s business support system (BSS) using an AI-driven platform. TCS will deploy its flagship solutions, HOBS and TwinX, to bolster automation, intelligence, and personalized customer interactions. The upgrade aims to improve agility, service delivery, and customer experience, helping Vodafone Idea respond faster to new product launches and evolving market demands.
