Tesla exceeding driver-assisted technology crashes

<p>Tesla Inc has documented 273 vehicle crashes using advanced driver assistance systems since July, the most of any automaker. Since June 2021, when the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) issued an order demanding the information, automakers and IT companies have reported over 500 crashes. Automobile manufacturers are scrambling to install driver aid systems, claiming that they improve safety by handling certain maneuvers.</p>
