This is how Byju’s managed to scale to 50M new users during pandemic

<p>The team at Byju&rsquo;s has managed to scale the application to accommodate 50M, new users, during the first eight months of the pandemic alone. As stated by Jyothi Kasinath, AVP User Experience, Byju&rsquo;s collaborated with Salesforce to make use of CRM platform. This enabled them to deliver high-quality content while still having complete visibility of students&rsquo; learning paths. She added that they have categorized their users using the CRM to create users&rsquo; personas.</p>
