Thousands Of Users Report Instagram Outage Globally

<p>Instagram experienced a brief outage that began at around 2 PM ET on Tuesday. The issues included not being able to access your own profile, refresh your Instagram feed or produce posts. More than 1,500 incidents were reported at its peak. Users took to Twitter to vocalize their frustrations or make light of the situation. The app just experienced an outage last week, which lasted approximately 45 minutes, according to reports.</p>
