TRAI Forces Telcos to Stop Hiding Budget Packs

TRAI has ordered Airtel, Reliance Jio, and Vodafone Idea to prominently feature "TRAI-Mandated Packs" as the top tab on their apps and websites within 30 days. Responding to consumer complaints that budget plans and short-term Special Tariff Vouchers were buried behind multiple screens, the regulator aims to ensure low-paying and rural customers can easily find affordable recharge options.
