Uber addresses cybersecurity incident with law enforcement authorities after data leak

<p dir="ltr">Uber’s internal messaging app, Slack was recently compromised after a cybersecurity attack. Uber took the app offline, but it appeared that the hacker was able to infiltrate other internal systems too, and posted an explicit image on an internal information system for employees. Via a tweet, Uber announced that it was working with the law enforcement authorities to undo the damage. The hacker boldly announced, “I announce I am a hacker and Uber has suffered a data breach".</p>
