Uber Launches 'Route Share' and Expands Ride Passes to Enhance Affordable Commuting

Uber has introduced "Route Share," a new ride option offering pickups every 20 minutes along busy corridors at half the cost of UberX. Initially available in New York, San Francisco, and Chicago during weekday rush hours, the service aims to provide affordable commuting solutions. Additionally, Uber is expanding its ride passes, including the $2.99 Price Lock Pass, across major U.S. cities and Brazil, with plans to extend to teen accounts later this year.
