Xbox Services for Windows Phone to be shut down as early as May 2022

<p>Microsoft has announced that Xbox Live services will go out of service in May 2022. The Windows Phone platform received its last update in January of 2020. While many games will still work fine, do not expect online features to work as they depend on the Live service. This will come as a disappointment for many hardcore gamers who like to get every achievement there is in a game. The Windows Phone legacy still lives on in many apps on Android and iOS.</p>
