Anthropic Scraps Planned Decart AI Takeover Following Due Diligence

Anthropic has abandoned talks to acquire Israeli AI startup Decart in a deal reportedly valued at around $6 billion after completing due diligence. Decart develops technology that improves AI chip efficiency and reduces computing costs. While the acquisition will not proceed, the companies may still explore other forms of collaboration.
