EY India acquires artificial intelligence backed HR technology start-up

<p>EY India has acquired AI-based HR tech start-up Spotmentor Technologies. Nowadays top consulting and strategic firms, including the big four, are integrating AI and ML in its product offering—from consulting to auditing. Spotmentor, started by four IIT -Kharagpur alumni, is an end-to-end skilling platform to help firms identify skills required, upskilling and reskilling talent. EY, with the acquisition, hopes to strengthen its people advisory portfolio.</p>
