ITC Infotech Turns ‘Customer Zero’ in High-Stakes Google Cloud AI Deal

ITC Infotech has partnered with Google Cloud to drive enterprise-wide agentic AI adoption. By becoming "customer zero," the firm will deploy Google’s Gemini Enterprise internally to automate software engineering, corporate functions, and multi-agent workflows. Using these insights, ITC Infotech and Google Cloud will establish Joint Centers of Excellence to deliver tailored AI frameworks to global clients in retail, CPG, and manufacturing.
