Reliance and Saudi’s Humain: Can Their New AI Alliance Rival the US & China?
Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance, via its new unit “Reliance Intelligence,” is building full-stack AI infrastructure—massive data centres powered by clean energy, cloud partnerships with Google and Meta—for indigenous enterprise solutions. Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund, through state-owned Humain, is investing similarly in AI capabilities and infrastructure. Both aim to rival US and Chinese tech giants.
