ServiceNow to acquire Canadian startup Element AI

<p>ServiceNow to acquire Element AI, an AI company with deep capabilities. The acquisition will help ServiceNow’s to build an intelligent workflow platform, enabling smarter and faster work, streamline business decisions, and unlock new levels of productivity. Element AI will also apply AI to text and language, chat, images, search, question response, and summarisation to accelerate AI innovation in the Now Platform. They will also create an AI Innovation Hub in Canada.</p>
