With over two decades of expertise in AI, analytics, and consumer engagement, Roy will lead AI-powered CX initiatives across Tatas businesses. A mentor to startups and academia, he holds degrees from IIM Ahmedabad and Jadavpur University, reinforcing Tatas ambition to build a future-ready, AI-first enterprise.
